Right of Withdrawal
Information for Consumers on Withdrawal from a Distance Contract
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in our Online Store within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) indicated by you acquires the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us). The refund will be made immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same payment methods you used in the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the item, whichever occurs first.
If you have received the item, please return it to us at the following address: Wiśnicka 20, 32-700 Bochnia, immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the item before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the item. You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
